Last updated: October 6, 2026. These terms describe how ImageToImage AI works and what we ask of you when using it.

Your account and content

Keep your login secure and provide an email address you control. Upload only images you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service for illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to deceive, or material that violates another person’s rights.

AI results

Use of the service is subject to our acceptable use policy. See models and processing for the providers behind each editing option.

AI edits may change unexpected details and can contain inaccuracies. Review each result before use, especially for identity, product details and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that every instruction will be followed or that a generated image is exclusive.

Credits and purchases

Basic 1K and 2K edits use 1 credit; Basic 4K uses 2 credits. Pro edits use 6 credits at every resolution. Pro 4K combines a high-quality edit with 2× upscaling. Guest browsers receive one free trial edit, not a daily allowance. Verified accounts receive 5 free credits per UTC day; unused daily credits do not roll over. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire while your account and the service remain active.

Credits are reserved when an edit is submitted and consumed when its output is saved. Confirmed failures release the reserved credits. Expired free daily credits are not carried into a later day. An uncertain provider outcome may keep credits reserved while it is checked.

Payments and support

Waffo processes new purchases. Legacy Creem orders remain supported. Prices shown are in USD; the checkout displays any applicable taxes and the final total. Contact support@imagetoimageai.app with your order reference for billing mistakes, unresolved failures or refund requests. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Approved refunds recover the corresponding purchased credits. If those credits have already been used, the balance due must be resolved before further edits.

Availability and changes

Features, models and processing times may change. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse free credits, interfere with the service or violate these terms. If the service is discontinued or materially changed, account and unused-credit issues will be handled through support and applicable law.
