Acceptable use.
Last updated: October 6, 2026. This policy applies to uploads, prompts and generated images on ImageToImage AI.
Prohibited content and activities
- Child sexual abuse, sexualization or exploitation of minors, including synthetic or fictional depictions.
- Pornography, explicit sexual content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Graphic violence, extremist propaganda, hate, harassment, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Fraud, illegal activity, deceptive impersonation, forged documents, and misleading political or celebrity deepfakes.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. You must have the necessary rights and consent for uploaded content and the edits you request.
- Bypassing safety checks, abusing accounts or credits, or interfering with the service.
Safety checks and enforcement
Prompts are checked before generation and generated images before release. Content that fails checks is withheld. An unavailable or inconclusive check does not permit generation or release. Confirmed blocked edits release their reserved credits. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that every violation will be detected.
We may remove prohibited content and suspend access for serious or repeated violations. Our service does not offer a public gallery. A support review does not automatically override safety checks.
Reports and appeals
Email support@imagetoimageai.app with your task reference and a short explanation to report abuse or appeal a decision. Do not attach illegal imagery or sensitive identity documents. We review reports and may request limited information needed to investigate.
