What we store

We store your account name, email address, authentication records, uploaded images, prompts, generated images, task status and credit transactions. We use session cookies to keep you signed in. Payment processing is handled by Waffo (and Creem for legacy orders); we do not store your card details.

Google sign-in shares your account identity, name and email with us. A short-lived editor draft keeps your prompt and output settings in this browser tab for up to one hour; it does not store image files or signed image links.

How your images are processed

One free trial edit works without signing in. A secure browser cookie identifies your guest workspace for 30 days and is renewed when that session is started again. We store guest images, prompts, tasks and credit usage under that identity. Clearing cookies removes your access to unclaimed trial history. Signing in links this browser’s trial workspace to your account so you can access it across devices; it cannot be claimed by another account. We use a keyed hash of your network address for daily abuse limits, without storing the raw address in those limit records. Shared networks may reach these limits together.

Your image and prompt are sent to the configured AI provider to carry out your edit. Our current integrations support Runware, EvoLink and KIE. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s own policies. Avoid uploading sensitive personal documents or material you do not have permission to share.

Access and storage

Prompt safety checks use Waffo Prompt Sift. We currently check text only; uploaded and generated images are not separately screened. Private prompt records used for check recovery are retained for up to 30 days. Safety records include account and task identifiers, content hashes, decisions and timestamps. We do not add image files or raw prompts to those audit records. Support may record a report or appeal decision. See our acceptable use policy.

Your image history is private to your account or guest browser. Storage uses Cloudflare R2 and account records use Cloudflare D1. Short-lived image links may be used to let the AI provider read an input. Authorized administrators can review operational records to resolve failures and payment issues.

Deleting a creation

Deleting an edit removes it from your visible history and removes the generated image from active storage. Original uploads are retained for reuse across edits; contact us to remove all uploads or your account. Transaction records and limited operational metadata may be retained for accounting, abuse prevention and dispute handling; backups may take additional time to expire.
