All packs include access to Basic and Pro. Image counts are based on Basic 1K / 2K at 1 credit per image; other options use more credits.
Credits per edit
Free accounts can use Basic 1K and 2K. Basic 4K and all Pro sizes require purchased credits. Basic 1K and 2K: 1 credit. Basic 4K: 2 credits. Pro 1K, 2K and 4K: 6 credits. Pro 4K uses native output up to 8.3 megapixels (2880 × 2880 for square images). Choose your aspect ratio and up to four outputs. Credits are charged per successful image; failed images are refunded. Standalone upscaling costs 2 credits and requires purchased credits.
Try one Basic 1K or 2K edit free without signing up. Sign in for 5 free credits per UTC day. Unused daily credits do not roll over. Free access is limited to the first 100 free users starting an edit each UTC day; accounts with purchased credits are exempt. Credits are reserved when an edit starts and consumed only when an output is saved; confirmed failed or blocked edits release their reservation.

For billing errors, unresolved failures or refund requests, contact support@imagetoimageai.app with your order reference. Approved refunds recover the corresponding purchased credits; statutory rights remain unaffected.
